Four stages, from first inquiry to handover

Inquiry and assessment
You email us with the current position. We review what exists and reply with an assessment of the work involved. Where the answer is that you do not require our services, we say so.

Scope and cost, confirmed in writing
Both are agreed and documented before work begins. No figure appears on a final invoice that has not been approved in advance.

Build
You deal directly with the people carrying out the work. There is no account manager, no transfer between teams and no support queue.
04
Handover
The domain, the hosting account and the site files are registered in your name. They remain yours irrespective of any continuing engagement.

Can you take over a website someone else built?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests we receive. We do not require the previous developer’s cooperation — we require access to your domain registrar and hosting account, and where that access has been lost, recovering it forms part of the engagement.
Who owns the website once it is complete?
You do, without qualification. The domain, the hosting account and the site files are registered in your name and remain yours whether or not you continue to work with us.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Hudson, Ohio. It matters in two respects: we can meet clients in person across Summit and Cuyahoga counties, and we understand the terms on which businesses in this market compete. We also work remotely where distance makes that more practical.
Who will we be working with?
The people who build the site. Entirely Web has operated from Hudson since 2017, and we hold the number of concurrent projects deliberately low so that work is not handed between teams. There is no account manager between you and the people doing the work.
