Background
BridgeView sells two things that pull in opposite directions. Consulting sells on people, judgement, and objectivity. SaaS sells on product, scale, and repeatability. Most firms in this position let one swallow the other and end up looking like a staffing shop with a login, or a product company with unusually chatty salespeople. The site needed both to stand up, with the compliance credibility that pharma buyers require before they will take a first call.
Scope of work
Messaging and structure
Built the site on three explicit pillars — Technology, Services, Transformation — so the product and the consultancy each get a real front door. Made 'service objectivity' a named differentiator, since BridgeView's independence from any implementation vendor is the thing a Fortune 10 compliance buyer is actually shopping for.
Search visibility
Structured the resource library — case studies, fact sheets, blogs, newsroom — as the organic surface for a long, committee-driven buying cycle where prospects self-educate for months before making contact.
Design and build
WordPress on WP Engine with a resource library, testimonial carousel, and gated fact-sheet flows the marketing team runs unaided.
Outcome
Both halves of the business have their own path through the site, with the resource library carrying a buying cycle that runs for months.
The consultancy and the software business each ended up with a genuine front door, so neither one is a footnote to the other. The resource library does the patient work of a buying cycle that runs for months across a committee, and objectivity is stated as a position rather than left for the reader to infer.
