How we work

Clients deal directly with the people carrying out the work. The individual who writes the code is the individual who responds to an inquiry, and who remains available when an amendment is required eight months later.

The corresponding constraint is stated plainly: we hold the number of concurrent projects deliberately low, and there are periods in which the earliest available start is a two weeks out. What that secures is continuity — nothing is lost in a transfer between teams, because no such transfer occurs, and the person who took a decision about a site remains available to explain it.

Experience

Approximately ten years of WordPress development, and more than fifteen years of direct client management across web design, search and the associated technical work. Our market

We work with local businesses because the outcome is measurable. A contractor establishes within a month whether inquiry volume has increased, and that is a materially better test of a website than a report of metrics on which nobody acts.

Proximity is also practical. Being twenty minutes away is not a positioning statement; it is simply more convenient — for the client when a fault arises, and for us when establishing a business well enough to describe it accurately.
